Product Description

Pneumatic Flange Ball ValvePneumatic flange ball valve matches quarter-turn pneumatic actuator with RF flanged ball valve body. Floating ball for small-medium bore, trunnion ball for large high-pressure bore; fast 90° switch, reliable sealing, used for automatic cut-off of water, steam, oil, gas and chemical fluid pipelines.
Valve body has WCB carbon steel, CF8 (304), CF8M (316) stainless steel options, flange complies with GB or ANSI B16.5 standards for stable bolted pipeline assembly. Internal ball structure divides into floating ball (DN15–DN200, PN16–PN40) with simple low-cost design, and trunnion fixed ball (DN200+, PN64–PN100) which bears medium thrust to reduce cylinder torque load. Sealing configuration: PTFE/RPTFE soft seal for clean particle-free medium with bubble-tight zero leakage; Stellite metal hard seal for high temperature, high pressure and slightly abrasive fluid.
Powered by pneumatic quarter-turn cylinder: double acting relies on air supply for both open and close strokes; single acting uses spring reset to realize fail-open/fail-close safety protection when air source fails. Supporting accessories include solenoid valve, limit switch, air filter pressure reducer, positioner for 4-20mA proportional flow regulation and explosion-proof assemblies for flammable hazardous areas.
Nominal pressure PN16/PN25/PN40/PN64/PN100, Class150/300/600; temperature range: soft seal -20℃~180℃, hard seal -20℃~450℃. Straight through flow channel brings ultra-low flow resistance, medium flows bidirectionally without directional restriction. Main media: water, saturated/superheated steam, fuel oil, natural gas, compressed air, weak acid & alkali non-abrasive chemical liquid.
