Forged Steel Globe valves are widely used in industries like oil&gas, chemical, petrochemical, and thermal applications. Designed and manufactured per ASME and GB standards or your specifications. Available in through way or Y-pattern designs with flanged, welded, and threaded end connections. Features a Forged T-Stem design, conical Metal seating, and multiple actuation options: hand wheel, gearbox, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic. Offers a wide range of body, bonnet, and packing materials. Extended stem and secure stem seal. STY's extended-bonnet gate and globe valves excel in low-temperature and cryogenic services down to -1960 C with stainless steel grades like CF8M and CF8. Cryogenic Gate and Globe Valves are available in ASME Classes 150 to 1500. All products undergo pressure and leakage tests before delivery. Advantages:Superior shut off compared to gate valve.
Ideal for frequent operation; no seat and disk wear.
Easy to repair with top access to seat and disk.
Faster operation than gate valve due to shorter stroke.
Typically operated by automatic actuator.
