Pilot Operated Control Valves provide unmatched tight shut-off performance for high-temperature applications(Working temperature >230ºC). In high temperature and high-pressure conditions, even if the seat has a small leaking can also cause serious erosion of the plug and seat. Therefore the Control valve has good sealing performance is very important in these cases. The general method to improve the sealing performance is to increase the actuator size, However, the Pilot Operated Control Valves improve the sealing performance by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve, this structure can reduce the size of the actuator, and improve the sealing performance.
